Each blade by Cosplay Swords is heat treated, tempered, and oil quenched to achieve the perfect balance of flexibility and a hardness rating of 58-60 HRC. This ensures a premier quality, razor sharp edge designed to stay sharp even after rigorous use.

Premium Materials 

The 9 inch handle is crafted from Walnut Wood, paired with a Brass Casted guard and pommel for a classic, sophisticated finish. Designed to be well balanced and lightweight, it minimizes hand fatigue during use. To protect the blade, it comes with a custom fitted pure leather sheath designed to match the sword’s grip.
