Hand Forged Damascus Steel

Our Damascus is the real deal never a simple acid etch. Forged by Cosplay Swords using a mixture of 1095HC and 15N20 steel, this blade is folded over and over to achieve 384 distinct layers. The blade is burned in acid to expose the high carbon layers in a deep blackish gray, creating a stunning visual contrast.

Premium Rose Wood 

The handle is expertly crafted from Rose Wood and accented with Damascus steel rings for a balanced, comfortable hold. Designed for the serious collector, historian, or reenactor, this sword comes complete with a custom fit genuine leather sheath. To maintain the integrity of the high carbon steel, we recommend keeping the blade clean and treated with oil after every use.
